Shipping and returns

  • DELIVERY

    To promote more responsible production and consumption, each piece is made to order. As a result, deliveries operate using a pre-order system. Depending on order volume, pieces are manufactured and shipped within a maximum of 3 weeks.

    Delivery is free for orders in mainland France to a collection point unless otherwise stated. Once shipped, the average delivery time for your order in mainland France is estimated at: 3 to 6 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) with standard delivery.

    A tracking number will be sent to you by email once your order has been shipped.

  • BACK

    Our return policy lasts 14 days. After this time from the receipt of your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds or exchanges.


    If you decide to return an item, please contact us by email at contact@spikeygarden.fr with the subject line "return" and specify the order number, the item to be returned and the reason for return (accompanied by a photo or video in the event of a technical defect).
    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of packaging and return shipping, and the refund will be issued to the original payment method (used for purchase).


    We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom-made items, digital items (e.g., gift cards), or sale items. Spikey Garden reserves the right to refuse returned items that are not in their original condition for the following reasons: missing original packaging, damaged or stained item, or missing label. If you are shipping an item over €75, we recommend using a tracking service or insuring your shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.

    REFUND

    Refunds are generally processed within 7 days. If you haven't received a refund yet, please contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@spikeygarden.fr.

  • CUSTOMS FEES

    Please note that some international orders may be subject to customs fees depending on the country. We are not responsible for these fees. These fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
